By submitting your registration, you consent to the use by The Land Connection of your name, image & likeness, and voice, in (1) videos, photographs, or audio recordings for this event, and (2) any video, photograph, or audio recording reproduced in whole or in part from the videos, photographs, or audio recordings taken at this event, regardless of whether these materials are used for fundraising, advertising, publicity, or any other purpose on behalf of The Land Connection. In additional, you waive all claims to compensation or damages based on the use of your name, image & likeness, voice, or all. You also waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. Finally, you understand that this consent is perpetual, that you may not revoke it, and that it is binding on you, your heirs, and assigns.

While participating in events held by The Land Connection, consistent with CDC guidelines, participants are encouraged to practice hand hygiene, "social distancing," and wear face coverings to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19 or other illnesses. By submitting your registration form, you acknowledge and understand that participation includes possible exposure to illness from infectious disease. You release, waive, and forever discharge any and all liability, claims, and demands against The Land Connection and its affiliated partners, sponsors, employees, agents, and directors from exposure to illness from infectious diseases and any and all bodily injury, illness, death, or medical treatment that may arise from your participation in this event.

Refund Policy
If you are no longer able to attend and need to cancel your registration, please contact us at 217-840-2128.

• Cancellations made up until two weeks prior to the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee
• Cancellations made up until one week prior to the event will receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made the week of the event are not eligible for a refund
• Event will take place rain or shine
